APPLE STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 double pork chops
1 lg. cooking apple
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup
Ginger ale

Cut a pocket into each double chop with sharp knife and fill cavity with slices of apple. Season chops with salt and pepper. Place chops in shallow baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Mix tomato soup with enough ginger ale to make 2 cups. Pour over chops and bake 1 hour longer. Baste occasionally.
