CHICKEN 'N JAM 
2 chickens, cut up
1 c. apricot jam
1 c. creamy style French dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Rice

Mix the jam, dressing and dry soup mix together. Pour over the chicken pieces. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve the chicken with rice.
