SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
1 (6 oz.) jar apricot jam
1 pkg. onion dry soup mix
1 small jar Kraft Russian dressing
1 whole chicken, cut-up

Mix apricot jam, onion, dry soup and Russian dressing. Put cut-up chicken in a 10-inch Pyrex casserole dish and pour the above mixture over it. Bake at 300°F for one hour with the lid on, then remove lid and brown.

Makes 4-5 servings.
