SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
2 lb. cooked chicken
1 green pepper
1 can chunk pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. garlic
2 tbsp. corn starch
soy sauce, to taste

Put butter in frying pan, add garlic and cubed chicken. Cook until done. Add green pepper and pineapple. Mix, add brown sugar and vinegar cook and mix until sugar melts. Add soy to taste.

Mix 2 tbsp. corn starch and water until liquid. Pour into frying pan stirring until mixture has a thickened sauce.

Serve with fried rice or white rice.
