CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Approximately 6 slices bacon
1 c. uncooked rice (not regular Minute Rice)
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 can milk (soup can)
3 or 4 chicken breasts
Salt
Black pepper
Grated American or cheddar cheese to taste

Place slices of uncooked bacon in bottom of greased baking dish. Pour uncooked rice over bacon. Place chicken breast on top of rice. Sprinkle salt and pepper over rice. Combine soup and milk over low heat. Pour over chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender. Sprinkle cheese over chicken and continue baking until cheese bubbles.

NOTE: If more sauce is desired you can use 2 cans of soup; you may want to use 1 can mushroom and 1 can chicken soup.
