KEY LIME CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 small lime jello
1-1/2 c. vegetable oil
5 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
4 tbsp. confection sugar
1/2 c. Key Lime Juice

Mix cake mix, jello, vegetable oil, eggs and orange juice for 2-3 minutes. Pour in 3 cake pans.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Mix confection sugar and lime juice. While layers are warm, pour over layers as a glaze.

Icing:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb.) box confection sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream ingredients together and spread between layers.
