VEAL PARMESAN 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. beef, 1/4 inch thick
1 egg, beaten
8 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper

Melt butter. Combine corn flake crumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, onion salt. Cut meat in small pieces. Dip meat in egg and then crumb mixture. Place in a greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Turn meat over and bake 30 minutes more. Heat spaghetti sauce and pour over meat. Top with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
