OVEN FRENCH FRIES 
5 lg. baking potatoes
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Peel potatoes and cut into lengthwise strips. Drizzle butter over potatoes until well coated. Place in baking pan - do not place in parallel rows but toss so heat will circulate freely. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn with pancake turner and continue baking for another 15-30 minutes until crisp and brown.
