PICHES CARDINAL FRANCAIS | |
1 (28 oz.) can peach halves or 3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen peach slices, chilled & drained 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed & drained 1/3 c. granulated sugar 1 tbsp. kirsch (opt.) 1 c. whipping cream, whipped 1/4 c. almonds, slivered & toasted Puree berries (strain seeds, if desired). Add sugar and beat until thick, stir in Kirsch. Place 2 peach halves, or equivalent slices, cut side down in individual bowls. Spoon berries over. Top with whipped cream and garnish with almonds. Serves 6 to 8. |
