PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to boil in pan on medium heat 1 stick butter, water, 1/2 cup peanut butter and oil. Take off heat and add to mixture of flour, sugar, eggs, 1 tablespoon vanilla, 1/2 cup milk and soda. Stir until well mixed. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Watch time, may not need minutes.

ICING:

Cook butter, 1/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Take off heat and add 1 box 4X sugar. Stir until well blended. Cool and spread on cold cake.
