1 yellow box cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. peanut butter

ICING:

1 1/2 c. milk
1 env. Dream Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkg. butterscotch instant pudding

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all and bake 1 hour in tube pan and in loaf pan a little less than 1 hour.

ICING: In 1 1/2 quart mixing bowl, first beat slow, then gradually increase speed until thick. Spread all on cake and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
