1 c. sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. sour milk (add 1 tsp. vinegar to milk)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. cake flour

Cream together well the sugar, peanut butter and butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/8 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. hot water
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. butter
