MOMMA'S MAIN LOBSTER 
Water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Lobster

In large pot with lid (Dutch oven) put enough water to cover bottom of pan 2 inches deep. Add vinegar and salt. Make sure lobsters are very much alive, bring water to a boil and put lobster in upside down. Put cover on and steam for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with melted butter.
