MOMMA LORRAINE'S CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) chicken, or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed 1/2 lb. white grapes, washed and cut in half 3/4 c. chopped walnuts 3 stalks celery (preferably the heart), cut into sm. pieces 1/3 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. curry powder (optional) In large mixing bowl, toss the above ingredients and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. |
