FRUIT AND COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
lettuce leaves
24 oz. cottage cheese
1 6 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drain and save juice
pecan pieces
1 small can maraschino cherries

Thin Sweet Dressing:

1 c. miracle whip
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. pineapple juice

Whip together and let set while assembling salad.

Place lettuce leaves on individual plates.

Use an ice cream scoop to scoop a ball of cottage cheese on lettuce. Arrange oranges, pineapple, and maraschino cherries around the cottage cheese. Drizzle the thin sweet dressing over salad. Sprinkle with pecan pieces.
