POTATO LASAGNA 
6 c. sliced potatoes
2 eggs
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (12 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
8 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano

Cook potatoes in salted water until just tender; combine egg and cottage cheese. Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and arrange half of the potatoes in bottom; then layer half of cottage cheese, sauce, rest of potatoes, cheese and sauce. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan and sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 12.
