RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. rhubarb, 1/2 inch pieces
1 tbsp. butter
Pastry for 2 crust pie

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line pie pan with pastry. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, flour, and nutmeg together. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into pie pan. Dot with butter. Make lattice crust for top. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
