BLUE CHEESE CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese (2 oz.)
1 tbsp. instant minced onions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease loaf pan, 8 x 4 inches. In small bowl, blend muffin mix, egg, and milk; stir in cheese and onions. Pour into prepared pan and bake 30 minutes.
