JALAPENO AND CHEESE CORNBREAD 
1 #2 can cream corn
1 c. plain yellow cornmeal
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Mazola oil
2 tbsp. bell pepper
4 fresh jalapeno peppers
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients. Bake in a 2 quart rectangular baking dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
