CHEESE AND CARAWAY CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. caraway seed
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Grease 6 (4 1/2 x 2 3/4 x 1 1/2 inch) loaf pans. Prepare muffin mix as directed, except stir in salt, seed and cheese. Fill pans 1/2 full. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
