PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 c. chopped nut meats
1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients (except topping) and bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Use 10 1/2 x 15 sheet pan greased and floured.

Bring topping to boil - sugar, butter, and Pet milk, then add nuts and coconut. Spread on warm cake.
