PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple, including juice
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients with mixer and pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Cream together (except nuts) with mixer. Icing will thicken. Spread over cooled cake and top with chopped nuts.
