RICE & GREEN CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Stir all together and bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or microwave on high 10 minutes. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
