GREEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 stick butter
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. of cooked rice
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 Cracker Barrell Sharp cheese (1 stick)

Saute celery, onions and butter. Cook broccoli according to directions, drain well. Add soup, Cheez Whiz to first part, add broccoli and cooked rice and Rotel tomatoes, black and red pepper, salt rice when cooking. Grated cheese on top. Heat in oven until cheese is melted or rice is hot.
