COOL LEMON DESSERT 
1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers, finely crushed
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 sm. can lemonade

Mix sugar in butter and mix in crackers. Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with half of cracker mixture. In large bowl, mix Cool Whip, milk, and lemonade. Pour into lined pan and top with remaining crackers. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. In summer I use pink lemonade or at a holiday time for color.
