CHILI EGG PUFF | |
10 eggs 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 pt. sm. curd creamed cottage cheese 1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded 1/2 c. butter, melted 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles Beat eggs with mixer until light lemon color. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cheese, cottage cheese and butter. Blend until smooth. Stir in chiles. Pour into well buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is brown and center appears firm. Cut into squares. Serve hot (or cold). |
