1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 slices bread (torn in pieces)
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients, place in covered casserole dish approximately (7 x 5 x 3 inches deep). Squirt lines of catsup on top. Microwave on high 20 minutes; drain grease. Cook 5-10 minutes longer.
