CHICKEN BREASTS 
Chicken breasts (skinless & boneless)
Swiss cheese
1/4 c. red wine
1 can cream chicken soup

Salt and pepper chicken, put a slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Mix 1/4 cup red wine and 1 can cream of chicken soup and pour over the top. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs or croutons and pour melted butter over top.
