LOW - CALORIE CASSEROLE | |
1 small head cabbage 1 small onion 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey 1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup 1 lg. can mushrooms, undrained 1 soup can water 1/2 c. rice, uncooked Cut cabbage coarsely, put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan or small roaster. Brown meat and onion; drain. Stir in rice and mushrooms. Pour over cabbage. Mix soup and water. Pour over rest of mixture. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350°F (cover with foil if no lid is available). 4 Servings. Nutrition (per serving): (calculated using ground turkey) 294 calories, 87 calories from fat, 9.7g total fat, 89.6mg cholesterol, 497.4mg sodium, 652.5mg potassium, 27.9g carbohydrates, 5.5g fiber, 12.6g sugar, 24.3g protein. |
