GUISADO 
2 lbs. sirloin or roast
Salt and pepper
Flour
1/2 or 1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. cumin
1 can tomato sauce
Tortillas

Saute onion and peppers in oil. Cut steak into small to medium cubes and coat with flour, salt and pepper. Add steak to onions and brown. Add tomato sauce and cumin to mixture with about 1 cup of water. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours, adding water as necessary. (Meat should be covered, and water form a gravy consistency.) Add more flour if it looks thin. Serve with tortillas.
