DAIRY CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Half and Half
1 bouillon cube, pareve
3/4 c. boiling water
10 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt, pepper
Toasted almond slivers

Saute' onions in butter. Add cream cheese and Half and Half. Stir over low heat until melted. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add to cream cheese mixture. Add broccoli, lemon juice and seasonings. Heat, then top with almonds. Makes six 1/2 cup servings.
