ASPARAGUS VINAIGRETTE 
3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
3 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 bunch fresh asparagus, cooked & chilled
1 sm. jar minced pimentos

Combine all ingredients except asparagus. Mix dressing until blended. Pour over asparagus in a shallow dish. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Serves 4.
