2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 box vanilla wafer cookies
1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.)

Mix ingredients. Fill cupcake paper cups with vanilla wafer in bottom 3/4 full. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Put pie filling on top when cool.
