24 vanilla wafers
2 eggs
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
Foil liners
Muffin pans

Mix everything except vanilla wafers until smooth. Put vanilla wafers in foil cupcake liners. In each add 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons batter on top. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool and top with fruit. (Your favorite pie filling).
