INDIVIDUAL CREAM CHEESE CAKES 
24 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Cherry or blueberry filling

Put one vanilla wafer in muffin pans in 24 paper cups. Mix softened cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla for 5 minutes. Divide batter into 24 cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
