INDIVIDUAL CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKES | |
24 vanilla wafers 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 1/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. cocoa 2 tbsp. flour 3 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla Topping (recipe follows) 1 can cherry pie filling Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pans with foil bake cups. Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar. Add cocoa, flour and eggs; beat well. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fill each cup almost full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. Cool. Spread heaping teaspoonful topping on each. Chill. Garnish with teaspoonful of pie filling before serving. TOPPING: Blend 1 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. |
