BEET SALAD 
1 can (8 oz.) sliced beets
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1/3 c. thinly sliced celery
2 tbsp. sugar or Sweet & Low
2 1/2 tbsp. oil
2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar or wine
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Drain beets well and set aside. Combine all ingredients to dressing. Add beets to dressing and marinate for several hours. Chill and serve.
