BEET SALAD 
1 can beets, diced
1 can French style green beans
2 boiled eggs, grated
2 tbsp. pickle relish
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. celery
2 tbsp. bell peppers
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Bacon bits

Thoroughly drain beets and beans. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon bits. Serve chilled with bacon bits.
