BEET SALAD AND DRESSING 
2 pkgs. cherry Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
1 can Julienne beets (1 1/4 c.)
3 1/2 c. liquid (from beets, pineapple or other)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sour cream
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix and set in flat pan or mold.

DRESSING: Mix and spread over Jello mix when set or use as topping after Jello is cut and ready to serve.
