FRUIT SALAD DRESSING 
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice (less if real lemon)
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Cool Whip or whipped cream

Heat juices in double boiler. Beat eggs and sugar together until light. Pour gradually into hot juices and cook until thick enough to coat a silver spoon. Beat until cool. When chilled, add Cool Whip or whipped cream.
