PIE TORTE 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 stick butter

Mix as for pie and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. confectioners sugar

Beat and add about half of a 9 ounce container of Cool Whip. Spread over the first part after it has cooled.

2 pkgs. pistachio pudding (instant)
2 1/2 c. milk

Beat pudding with milk then spread over the cream cheese mixture. Spread rest of Cool Whip on top.
