1 env. plain gelatin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cut-up shrimp
1 avocado, cut up
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chili sauce
Lettuce

Soak gelatin in lemon juice and 1 tablespoon water. Dissolve in boiling water. Add onion and salt. Cook just until thick. Add other ingredients except lettuce. Place in mold and let set. Unmold and serve on lettuce bed.
