2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns (thaw 20 minutes)
1 c. onion, chopped
Stick of butter, melted
Salt and pepper
1 c. cream of chicken
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix well. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour in 13x9 pan.
