STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE MOLD | |
1 lg. (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1 1/2 c. boiling water 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries 1 can (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and stir until strawberries are thawed. Fold in pineapple and pour into a 6 cup ring mold. Chill until firm. 2. Unmold Jello. 3. Blend sour cream and pecans and spoon into center of Jello ring. |
