(MY MOM'S DELICIOUS) STRAWBERRY
MOLD
 
2 sm. boxes strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 pt. sour cream

Stir Jello and boiling water together. Chill until partially set. Add strawberries, pineapple, and nuts. Divide in half. Put 1/2 mixture in mold. Chill until firm. Spread sour cream over top and add remainder of Jello mixture. Chill. This is a wonderful mold for a holiday dinner - or dessert!
