ROAST PORK WITH SAUERKRAUT 
1 pork roast (3 to 5 lb.)
2 cans sauerkraut (large)
1 apple, chopped
1 sm onion, sliced

In crockpot, mix 1 1/2 cans sauerkraut, apple and onion slices. Place pork on top, cover with remaining sauerkraut. Add just a little water (maybe 1/2 cup). Cook 6 to 8 hours on low. Serve with buttered noodles (wide).
