CHICKEN CORN SOUP 
1 qt. chicken stock
2 stalks celery
2 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 #2 can corn
2 med. potatoes, diced
Chicken, diced and cooked for garnish or as much as desired.

Heat stock and add salt to taste. Add celery, onion and potato (and corn if fresh). add chicken and eggs (and canned corn). May also add rivels instead of potatoes.

Rivels:1 c. flourPinch of salt1 eggLittle milk:

Mix well with fork or fingers to form small crumbs. Drop these into the soup.
