POPCORN CAKE 
4 qt. popped corn
1/2 lb. salted peanuts
1 lb. plain M&M'S®
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. bag marshmallows

Mix the first 3 ingredients in a large container. In a saucepan melt oil, butter and marshmallows. Pour over popcorn mixture. Press mixture in a well greased tube pan. Cover to keep moist. The next day turn out on a plate. Decorate or serve plain.
