PORK CHOPS 
6 thick pork chops, trim fat, brown on both sides

Saute mushrooms (1 can) with 1 large onion, sliced 1/2 c. cooking sherry Salt and pepper pork chops

Brown chops, place in casserole dish. Then saute onions and mushrooms. Pour soup and other ingredients over chops. Add 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
