BEEF ROLL UPS 
1 lg. round steak, tenderized
3-4 slices bread
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. sage
Butter
Flour
Worcestershire sauce
Sliced onions and bell pepper

Take 1 large round steak, tenderized and season well. In small saucepan crumble at least 3 slices on bread, enough butter to moisten, and about 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. Season to taste. Add a bit of sage if desired. Just heat to melt butter.

Pat stuffing on the round steak. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Fasten with toothpicks. Roll in flour. Brown in skillet with a bit of oil. Drain. Add to skillet water, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. A bit of sliced onions and bell pepper is good. Cook 1 hour on low heat. Take roll out and cool about 10 minutes. Add flour to drippings for gravy. Slice roll in thin slices. Serves 4-6.
